If you wish to report a breach of the Ethical Marketing Charter or report cold calling activity , please complete the form below. Your report will be sent to the Charter administrator, who will review it and decide on any appropriate action. This may include reporting details to a regulator or to a charter signatory. If the breach is by a charter signatory and you have given us consent to share your details with the signatory in order to resolve the reported breach, they will be asked to contact you directly. If you do not wish to be contacted regarding the report, it will be logged and shared with the signatory, but you will receive no further contact from them, or the Ethical Marketing Charter team in the resolution of this matter.
